How to Use This Manual

Use this manual to make centre operations repeatable for every committee member, staff member, and volunteer.

  • Confirm the page already exists before creating a duplicate guide.
  • Keep content practical and action-focused.
  • Write for someone running the task for the first time.

Every process guide should include:

  1. Purpose
  2. Required inputs and materials
  3. Step-by-step instructions
  4. Troubleshooting
  5. Escalation contact
  6. Last reviewed date
  • Committee roles pages are maintained by the Secretary.
  • Activity process pages are maintained by the relevant club lead.
  • Safety and incident procedures are reviewed monthly by the Chair and Facilities Lead.
  • Review high-use process pages monthly.
  • Review role pages quarterly and after committee elections.
  • Update pages immediately after any policy or booking process change.
